Pick Up Locations & Policies
CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY​

If you need to make any last-minute changes to your plans, please contact us as soon as possible at (719) 633-1181. Full payment is due seven days prior to the start of your charter. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are refundable.

PLANNING AHEAD​
​
Private Sedan/SUV Requests: To ensure availability, please submit your REQUEST at least one week in advance. Our team will contact you with availability and a quote. For urgent requests within 48 hours, please contact our office directly.
Large Group Transportation: We offer a variety of options for large groups, including multiple vehicles and services to multi-destination locations. Options include shuttles, private cars, sprinters, vans, and transfers for large groups. For these services, please contact Gray Line at (719) 633-1181 or fill out the Private Request Form online.

PICKUP LOCATIONS
Denver International Airport (Private):
Our driver will call the contact number provided upon the arrival of your flight to coordinate the pickup location. Drivers are not permitted to leave the vehicle.

Colorado Springs Airport (Private):
Meet at the Colorado Springs Welcome Desk in the lower-level baggage claim area.

Philmont Scout Ranch (Private & Shuttle):
Meet at the Philmont Scout Ranch Welcome Center.

Denver Shuttle Pickup Location: Meet outside of baggage claim (West Side), Door 504, Island 2.
